Privacy Policy
Truwealth Technology Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "TW Technology") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we safeguard it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

3. How we store and protect it
Personal information is stored on access-controlled systems within Microsoft 365 and approved cloud providers. Access is restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share personal information only with trusted partners needed to deliver our services — for example distributors (Mustek, Rectron, FirstShop, Sensor, Syntech), licensors (Microsoft, Sophos, ESET, Mimecast) and carriers (Vox, MetroFibre) — and only to the extent required. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
